Cardington-Lincoln students that are in grades 6-12 are invited to submit essays to compete in the 2024 Memorial Day Essay Contest. The essay should reflect the theme, "What is Memorial Day and What Does It Mean to Me?" Winners will read their essays at the Memorial Day Remembrance service at Glendale Cemetery on May 27, 2024. Two winners will be selected and will be presented with a $50 cash prize. Entries are due by May 10, 2024. Please submit your entries to Diana McClure, Cardington-Lincoln Middle School teacher, or to the school office of the building you attend.
